The beginning of my exploration of the water tower as subject matter. As a child, I was not diagnosed with nearsightedness until my 10th year. As a result, the parts of the landscape I noticed were the really big things. Water towers fascinated me then, and they still do now. This is a closeup of the water tower that is found on Andrews Air Force Base.
