I attempted to felt a sheet by sandwiching roving between two sheets of dissolvable Sulky-like "fabric"and then heavily machine embroidering.. As you can see, it worked very well. The leaves were happily 3D and I used more machine cording for the stem.. I finished off with my beloved shisha mirrors and Laura Wasilowski's perle cotton.
